To my Whitmer Classmates: Gene Burson called me yesterday that his wife, Sara Sutton Burson, had passed away on Monday, April 3, after a 6 year illness. So sad to hear of your loss.

She passed away a couple of years ago and also her husband, Dave Billy who worked many years at GM Powertrain, formally Chevy Transmission Plant on Alexis. They lived right on the water of Lake Diane , which is west of Sylvania and out past Morenci Mich. They had many years of family fun there. She battled emphazena for years. She was the first lung reduction at MCO in Toledo. The insurance would not pay for it , so the Hospital stepped in and said they were going to do many more so payed for it. I went to our 45th reunion in 2010. It was alot of fun. Thanks for remembering Sherry, John
