I posted this and then found that he was the Ron that graduated in 63 - so I've
removed most of the text that was in the "Blade" Obit

2nd entry
It looks like I have to send invitations to ALL class members - in order for them to 1) know about this site, and 2) to have author (write) authority. So that may take a while...

Welcome Whitmer Classmates - for the class of 62
Greeting classmates (and friends). I have started this blog space - as a test and at the suggestion of several classmates that wondered if "we" had a space - well, we do now! and I hope it's a place where we can share useful information.
I'm Gary Sharp - many don't remember me (I was the quite one) usually backstage, or playing the bass clarinet in the band. - I also helped put together the 45th year class reunion booklet -I hope you had the opportunity to attend the reunion or at least checked out the book (with all the pictures)- We all looked so young.....
The reunion committee has yet to get-together for a "rap-up" critique - so if you have some comments (be kind) you can put them here. I was not able to attend, out of the state again, but heard that Friday's music was better than Saturday's - So "we" will make an adjustment for the 50th reunion.
Comment on:
the location (to small - far away - hot / cold - whatever...)
or on: the program (format, length, activities)
or on: the date / time, price - value?
Anyway, I hope this gets us started - and that each of you has found a place to add your "areas of concern" so the whole class can read them - and as always, remember this is a public forum.
Later, Gary
