It was concluded that on the next day some (of those who could make it) should gather at the "Admiral's Grill" (formerly the Navy Bistro). There we liked what we saw, (room size, menu option, open bar) so, Tony reviewed the contracts and Jack signed same.
About a week later the 1st mailing of an "informational postcard" was sent
to all the addresses we could come up with.

It contained some very basic information re: time and place.
