Hi, Just a short note to tell you I went to the Doctor yesterday and he said my test came out good. I go back for another PET scan in three months. He said I could do what ever I wanted. I told Manuel I was ready to go on a long trip around the world. He said with the stock market down I would have to walk or thumb a ride. I want to thank every one for their thoughts and prayers. I am sure that is why my tests turned out so good. Hope you have a good day and keep in touch.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that today I had my last Chemo Treatment (12, I hope that will be all). . I will then see the Doctor the last of September and first of October when they will do a lot of tests then we will see how the chemo worked. ....

I want to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers, cards, calls, e-mails, visits, food, gifts, everything that you did. It sure helped pass the time (since last October). I have been back to work for a few hours a week which really helped to boost my spirits. Next week I can go back to my regular 20 hours. Manuel has been a very good nurse maid but I am sure he is ready to retire from that and go back to his regular job (whatever that may be).

I want to thank you for everything you have done for me. I really appreciated it.

I had surgery last fall and we have not been able to travel since ...

I think I'll hold off on editing the remainder.

- Marcia Yes, Hillary came and went @ WHS - lots of decorations,
and they covered the BB court floor, to protect it. News crews were
there - I think, I saw about 30 seconds (mostly crowd shots, many
waiting outside to get in), I believe she was late arriving.
She was at TU today (3/3/8) -
Her last public appearance in Ohio will be on th 4th, Election day.

Imagine...Hilary Clinton at Whitmer!!

I read in the "Blade" online that Hilary Clinton is going to be speaking in Whitmer's fieldhouse tomorrow night. Anybody going? Have any other well known people been within the walls of our high school alma mater?

In August, the Democrats will be in Denver since we were chosen as the city to hold the Democratic National Convention. I just hope there are enough hotel rooms around. Fortunately, we don't live right in Denver so, we should be able to avoid the crush of people.

Anyway, I just thought it was interesting to see that Hilary will be at Whitmer.

Are there any???

Football fans out there? Anyone planning to watch the Super Bowl? Last year I had no trouble choosing which team I wanted to win. This year it's more of a problem. The Broncos, my home team, is in the AFC so, part of me says I should cheer on the Patriots.
However, I like Eli Manning better than Tom Brady. Maybe the big question is, Will Peyton Manning be there since he thinks he jinxes his little brother, Eli. Does anybody else have thoughts about the Super Bowl?

Hello to one and all

Hello to one and all Well it took me awhile to get in here and say hello to one and all. I, too, was disappointed not to make the 45th and look forward to the next. The pictures were great and ya'll look young, fit and beautiful as I expected. I've moved from Austin, Tx (which I dearly love and still work there a few days a week), now I'm farther west at Horseshoe Bay on Lake LBJ. I love it.

Gary this is a wonderful operation you've put here for all of us. Thank you.
In my case, no news is good news this time. Please say hello to those that may enjoy one from me. I trust everyone to have a healthy, happy and exciting 08.
